Mark Troy "Stitch" Bragg, Sr., 49, of Paris Crossing, Indiana passed away at 1:29 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at the Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana.

Mark was born on January 23, 1960 in Columbus, Indiana, the son of Opal Elizabeth Hiatt Behrman of Columbus, Indiana and the late Harold Lane Bragg. He married Robin Pennywitt on May 15, 1991 in Vernon, Indiana. She survives.

Mark had previously worked for Martinrea in North Vernon, Indiana for 4 years as an operator. He attended Jennings County High School. He was a member of Jennings County Chapter of Phoenix Motorcycle Club and Commiskey Baptist Church. His hobbies included motorcycle racing and NASCAR.

Surviving with his wife and mother are, his step-father, Melvin Behrman of Columbus, Indiana; two sons, Joshua Troy Bailey of Madison, Indiana, and Mark Troy Bragg, Jr.; of Paris Crossing, Indiana two daughters, Autum Thompson and her husband Nathan of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and Stephanie Jo Bragg of Columbus, Indiana; one brother, Victor Lane Bragg and his wife, Marcia of Columbus, Indiana; three sisters, Sarah Bragg of Seymour, Indiana, Rebecca Ross and her husband Dink and Elizabeth Dawn Robbins and her husband Robert all of Commiskey, Indiana; three grandchildren, Alex and Taylor Thompson of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and Hayden Alexis Bailey of Madison, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends may call at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home on Sunday, November 1, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the Commiskey Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Maynard officiating.
