Mark Allen Green, 56 of Commiskey, Indiana passed away at 9:35 a.m. on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at his residence.
Mr. Green was born on September 30, 1953 in Rushville, Indiana, the son of Evanna Grinstead Green and the late Robert A. Green. He married Leta Leveridge Green on May 13, 1972 in Commiskey, Indiana. She survives.
Mr. Green was Building Inspector for Jennings County Area Plan Commission for 5 years and owner of L&N Construction in North Vernon, Indiana for several years. He attended Jennings County High School. He enjoyed traveling, riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing.
Surviving with his wife, are his mother, Evanna Green of North Vernon, Indiana; one son Mark (Chris) Green of Paris Crossing, Indiana; two brothers, Gary (Marcia) Green and Bobby (Donna) Green both of North Vernon, Indiana; one sister, Brenda (Ernie) Wright of Commiskey, Indiana; one grandson, Bret Robbins of Paris Crossing, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his father and son, Lance Green.
Memorial Service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home with the Rev. Damon Marling officiating. Friends may call at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
