Especially for sisters, Virginia and Peggy, who were part of my daily working life for 8 years.
I know you are a close and loving family, and that will help you through this time. But wanted you to know that I am thinking of you, loving you, hurting with you, and praying for you.
May you feel surrounded with the hugs Mom and I would have given you if the weather had not been so bad and we could have gotten to the funeral home. And most of all may you feel the everlasting arms of God about you.

This is just to share with you, through Mom and Delmar we are connected. Even though it was breif, My Mom loved Delmar and they shared a life full of love and kindness, she considered you all as a part of her.I hope to remain a friend to you all. They were good for one another, and that means the world to me.

I am one of Vivian Franks daughters.I just want to say I am really gonna miss Delmar alot and that I loved him with all my heart. Delmar was a wonderful man who was there for me no matter what and he was like a father to me.He was a part of our lives for 12 years and I am so thankful to GOD for allowing me the to have this special man in my life.He touched so many lives in such a positive way and he will be sadly missed.My heart goes out to the family!I love you Delmar!!Rest in Piece!

We had a lot of years together.He always seen that we had a roof over are heads and food to eat.It got hard some times but the family was always together when it counts. AS I KNOW IT WILL BE NOW.Bill knows the family and be there too if you need him.I love you Rob and Lisa,Mom
